Act the way you want to feel

These seven words will change your life.

When you’re tired, pretend you have energy.

When you’re frustrated, pretend you’re taking it in stride.

When you’re sad, pretend you’re happy.

When you’re stressed, pretend you don’t have a care in the world.

Pretend to be healthy.

Pretend to be having fun.

Smile, even when you don’t feel like it.

You might even fool yourself.

ps: I saw this guy in the Temple of Heaven park in Bejing. He looks so happy!
